Bill resided for many years in Issaquah, near Seattle. He worked mainly in watercolors, but was also accomplished in oils, etchings and lithographs. His subjects varied from seascapes to landscapes to portraits. Many of his works were commissions, one of which was for a large mural depicting the history of his home town, Issaquah, Washington.
